F. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduNXT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. In no event shall EduNXT’s liability exceed the amount paid by You for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

G. Termination

EduNXT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

I. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
